Hi All,

This is such a great forum. We are also from NJ (I know, surprise, surprise). We cruised last Jersey week and the boat was full of us. There are 7 of us.

Me, (cabin 8570)
DH
DS, who will be 9 (he is 7 now)
DDs. twins who will be 5

My parents in the cabin 8568

We live in Mahwah. I may need to sneak in another cruise in between because it is so far away!!

:goodvibes Welcome!!!!

I grew up in Mahwah!! Mom still lives there! MY DD will be 9 as well on this cruise!! Glad to have you on the board!:cheer2:

Hi gang, My wife and I are coming along too. We are also traveling with another family (with kids). Here I thought I was nuts booking over a year early... I guess I was wrong:cool1:

Yeah! I just found the thread! We are on the roll call, there are five of us my Mom Mary, me Leslie, my husband Scott and my girls Kelsey (will be 14) and Sarah (will turn 10 on 11/10/2010). We just went on our first Disney Cruise 3/26 First cruise to Tortola, we fell absolutely in love with it and we booked onboard for this cruise. We booked totally last minute, two weeks before we sailed! We were able to meet a wonderful Dis family and had a great time. Our girls were the same age and inseperable during the trip. We were not lucky enough to get involved with all the fun activities that come with planning ahead like meets and FE's.

mvlimmex ~ we are in SE Wisconsin too!! We are in Kenosha.

I hope to get to know you all in the coming months!!!

did you bookmark us this time so you don't lose us again? :rotfl2:

We live in Jackson and the other couple lives in Toms River. We are working on others to join us because it is NJEA week. So I assume that some of us are teachers?

I noticed that some of us list the trips to disney. We have too many to mention:rotfl: This year alone two trips and three to go:yay: We love being a DVC member:thumbsup2

BTW I will check the post a few times a day now that I know we have a great post going

I thought all the teachers went to the NJEA.....

Now I am not picking sides but, when I was in school you had half the teachers that went to Atlantic City for the convention and workshops and the others went to Disney.

A few of our friends are teachers now so I do see it from both sides. It is the one week that disney is not as expensive and crowded as the holiday season a few weeks later.

SO the ones that went to Disney were the lucky ones? :lmao:

OK, first - I want to welcome the new members to the board! :cool1: Things are really picking up! Love that NJ week!:thumbsup2

Let's all hope for the end of the rain in NJ! :headache: I feel like I should be building an arc!!!!

Don't get me started about the rain.... Last week we were in the house of mouse and it rained , sorry down-poured everyday. So much that we left one afternoon to get better rain jackets at the the outlets on International drive. After sitting in the rain for over two hours to watch a shorten version of Fantasmic :smickey:

At least this weekend is going to be nice:cool1:

I just heard on CNN that Florida was really hit with a down-pour yesterday. It sounds pretty miserable.

What are you all doing this weekend? We're headed to see Land of the Lost in a few hours. Not much else planned this weekend.

Being total disney freaks,:yay: we are going to see The Lion King on broadway tonight:dogdance:

Sunday I am going to do some house work

Hi everyone, we just got back from another great trip to Disney. Weather wasn't bad at all. Each day we had heavy rain around 4:00, lasted an hour and then it was gone. Great time for a nap:lmao:

Hit all the parks and scheduled downtime this trip to relax and enjoy the hotel for once.

Hope eveyone is doing well.

I have gone to see this twice! What did you think?

We thought it was a great show. We were spoiled by seeing the Little Mermaid a few weeks ago. The set design for the Mermaid was out of this world. We thought the lion king would be on-par or better, but it wasn't. I would not say it was bad just not what we were expecting. Do not get me wrong the costumes were mind blowing. :thumbsup2:thumbsup2

71 days till we are back to the Happiest Place on Earth:worship:

I haven't seen Little Mermaid yet - maybe that will be next - we did go see Mary Poppins in November and loved that! :thumbsup2

When did you see Little Mermaid? We were there May 27th.

We saw Lion King before it moved to make room for Mary Poppins. I guess every one has their own expectations, but I loved it. Saw Mary Poppins too, which was wonderful.

It saw Little Mermaid in late January. I do not know how old every one is (on the board) but if you like 80's rock, you have to see Rock of Ages. What a show!!!!

Is any one going down a few days before the cruise? We were thinking about a few days before because it is our Anniversary (10 years) :eek:and it is where we honeymooned.

Also is any else a Mac user?
