Important Note: It has been confirmed by Deb (Allears) that although Disney will not commit to stating you can enter the Magic Kingdom at 4:00 PM she had no problems as in years past.

This is always a source of confusion, so if you want further assurance read her blog addendum and within the comments the question was asked and answered.

Pete from the Dispodcast, said the 4 o'clock entry seemed to be ok. They had no problem when they went ti the mnsshp. He did note that attendense was down and that D* was offering commision to sell the tickets. In his opinion, the ceiling for the hard ticket event price was probably hit.
