Hi everyone! So glad to hear you are all getting your packets in the mail. Phew. I didn't want you all hunting me down or anything. LOL! And, FYI, I read it cover to cover as well! Hee Hee

Thank you all for your concern of Katelin. She's doing much better. Thankfully no more fevers!!!!! She still has pain but that is slowly working its way out. She has a better appetite now. I think she's past the worst. She's definitely more like herself now.

Corinna - we will also have our laptop with us so we can touch base with each other. I would love to head back to the airport for the bus as early as you are. However, I doubt my family and extended family would appreciate me abandoning them. LOL I'll do my best to get them up and motivated early. I think I could get my BFF and her hubby up early cause they'll be just as excited as we will be. However, not so sure about the in-laws.

I am off work tomorrow so I'm happy about that. Gonna put the laundry away, run the vacuum and take books back to the library. After that, Katelin and I will have to decide what we wanna do. Friday night we are headed to the drive in to see Monsters v. Aliens and 17 Again. Hopefully Katelin adjusts well to the drive in and we have fun. Otherwise it could be miserable for me (and her).

Next weekend I'm hoping to take a little time and go shopping for a few clothing essentials that I need. We'll see what happens.

Well, I'm past due to end my lunch break by 10 minutes so I'd best be getting back.

Alright alright now......WHERE IS MY PACKET!!!???!!!??? Ok well I guess I will wait on my readin material. Although I have a bit of news. Have any of you read the Passporter's book on Disney cruise line. Well their 10th anniv edition just came out and I got a free copy...because I was quoted in it. Pg 106. Woohoo LOL I just had sent them my tip on how I make the girls bags from Mickey and yadda yadda and they asked me to sign a release for them to include it in their book....Hey anything Disney I am up for! Ok so I do have that for reading material but since I have read the last one I am sure not much has been added. i guess I will just start reading though!

Well off to shut my eyes for a few while Nelia fell asleep....cold is kicking her butt now!

The big advantage we have is we will still be working in Uk time, so will be wide awake at 5AM. Last year we had to slow down to avoid being at the airport too early.

Hello all, I know it's been awhile since I've posted but I have been lurking and reading. I got my reading materials in the mail Monday I was so excited when I checked the mail because I thought maybe it would be our cabin assignment but we're still waiting on that. Looks like I need to get busy with FE gift and even a FE. I thought I was going to make one but I'm can't sew so I better get on ebay.

Ok just wanted to say Hi...I am about to leave for Columbus(2 hr drive) to the convention center for my Sydney(8) dance competition! Tomorrow morning and Sun morning. I just wanted to let everyone know I feel "cruise accomplished" today. I just got back from ordering Bailey's passport (we are doing one at a time). I also finished the first round of FE gifts and they came out really cute!
So, I am well on my way to being ready...

A little while ago I posted a link for the gown I got for formal night. Normally I don't wear gold so I had no jewellery to go with it. Tonight I had a video appointment to have some custom jewellery made to go with the gown.

WOW Corinna! That jewelry is beautiful! I'm so excited for you. I'm not sure if I'll do jewelry on not. I'm happy if I can find matching shoes. With three DD's to help get ready jewelry usually doesn't make it to the top of my list.

Jewellery is a bit of a passion for me. I make jewellery myself and do appreciate good design and workmanship. I never leave the house without having put on some perfume and a nice pendant.

Alot of you say you are on FB, Am I missing something with the group? can't believe in 20 weeks we will be on the cruise!!! Has anyone else gotten their packet yet, I haven't , neither has my TA. just wondering,

Well I'm very proud of me. I went to an all day scrapbook event (10am to 8pm). Had a BLAST! Finally finished my 2007 Disney Cruise album. It looks fantastic! I also started on the Vietnam trip. My goal now is to set up shop in the house and try to finish the Vietnam trip before October. I'd love to also be able to finish up the Disney World trip but I'm thinking that might be a bit ambitious. We'll see how it goes. Anyway, I'm thrilled that the last cruise is finished before we start this cruise. LOL

Well my company didnt have to file bankruptcy and is "supposedly" getting the money they need, no not from the federal government, to be able to operate at the level it is acustom to. I work for a sportswear distbributor that was the number one distributor in the country. So hopefully the layoffs are done, and I can finally get really excited and plan this cruise. I am always gonna wait for that other shoe to drop. but I am hoping the pixie dust will sprinkle and we will go!!

The right dress will just catch your eye when it was good and ready. I had real trouble finding anything suitable at first. Then I finally found the perfect dress online and ordered it. Still, it was not meant to be. They screwed up my order and by the time they noticed, my size had sold out. So I was back to square one with less than a month to go. I then found my perfect gown on Ebay of all places. I love this so much that I got the same gown in a different colour for this year.

Thanks for all the nice comments about the jewellery. I can't wait until I have this in my hands. She had to get some hooks for the earrings as she did not have the ones that work for me in stock and needed to find out what the best option for shipping is, but I should get an email with the payment details tomorrow. With a bit of luck, the jewellery will be waiting for me when I come back from my vacation. I have stuff like this sent to work as the office is served by a different Royal Mail distribution centre and the local one to where I live keeps losing stuff.

In a week I will be on a ship again. I wonder what it will be like to cruise with NCL. I know that I will miss formal night. I love the chance to dress up. They will have one option dress up night and I will take the most understated of my cocktail dresses for that. I have 4 days left at work (one day off in the middle of the week) before we go. I am so excited.

Michelle, I love the pics of Sydney! I'm glad this weekend went so well. I know what you mean by on-going, it's like that in our house with Ashley and soccer. Riley plays too, and Bailey will play this year, but it's pretty much year round for Ashley between rec league, school team and indoor...
Well, we got a lot accomplished around the yard over the weekend, despite the 105 degree weather. It looks like we will be finishing up sometime this week! I just can't wait until it's done! I'm so sick of dirt.
I think we are going to start looking into shore excurssions. We will probably only be able to do one so I want to make sure it's a good one. We'll see

Well, I finished round two of FE gifts yesterday. I have them done for everyone who has given me their address. Hopefully I'll be able to keep up. I'm really trying to be "ready" early for this one. It always seems like everytime we go on a trip it's a last minute scramble, and I get so stressed out. The goal this time is to avoid that stress. I mean I booked it over a year and a half out, that should have given me plenty of time, right? I also started looking at excurssions last night and I think I have one picked out, I just have to run it by the family. We are limited to the ones that are for ages 5+ (as Bailey will have just turned 5), and the ones that don't cost an arm and a leg. Since there are 5 of us the cost adds up really fast!
Well, off to get Riley to school. Hope everyone has a great day!
