Hi Trina---welcome back!! Nice to see u! Yeah me leaving the cruise and returning...just needed a little excitement here... was only gone a week or till I figured it all out and figured I would die or be on that boat! I am documenting ur cabin and things on the web page. Also u said u were in for the SM,,, u in for the FE too?? OMG no shopping yet? curse u... I love cruise shopping....actually I love the deals I find , I am driven by a bargain! Ok well off to take Sydney to her solo private dance lessons...yeah U heard it it screams money! Ahhh what I do for these princess' here. BBL

Yeaaaaa Trina! Glad you're on the board again! As for posting pics, I think you have to post a certain amount of times before you can do this. I forget, however, how many it is. We'll have to get together and get a good pic of you two and have it added (whether by me or you). As for shopping, we need to get together and gab a bit girl to girl. I'll have you back on track in no time. It's been too long since you and I have talked about the cruise. We've been so in baby/Vietnam mode and I think I'm finally past all that.

As for everyone else, we're here and we're doing well. Lilli is working on making cheese puffs (just cause) today and at the moment (while the stuff chills for 2 hours) she's watching Boomerang and was just watching The Banana Splits. Brings back so many memories. Now she's going to watch Penelope Pitstop. After the puffs are baked we're going to toss both girls into the tub for a bath cause tonight we're going over to my step-mom's sister's house (we just call her Aunt Lucy; after all I just call my step-mom Mom) for dinner.

So that is all for now. Tomorrow morning is church and baby dedication so I most likely won't get back here until tomorrow night.

Good Morning everyone.....

Kristi--it's ok that U were on cruise hold...(talking about it) cause I really enjoyed all the excitement of the baby ....but girl I don't know how u resist shopping..good self control...me I have none! Making Cheese puffs? Hmm aren't those in the chip aisle at the store... .how do u make those? penelope Pitstop...I don't know that one...we are Jon&Kate plus 8, Hannah Montana, Zack and Cody(of course cause they are on a cruise ship--so mine love that).

Trina--we do need a photo of you 2., though I like the Santa hat one of ya..LOL u look so cute!!

it is supposed to be like 47 here today.. .woohoo spoil us! I think I will just leave the coats in the car on errand running. It will be back in the 20's by Friday....yuck! OMG dumb groundhog saw his shadow...hope he was wrong! I don't want 6 more weeks of winter!

Well I am off to send some emails and then Sam's club. Tonight I am having girls night out.. .Man I have not had girls nt out since Nelia was like 1. That's alot of years. I even got my hair colored for the event... I will post photos cause it will need documentation!! TTYL

Good Morning all!

Michelle - I am going to send you a picture of Mark, Amaya and I taken at Disneyland over New Years so you can post it with everyones pictures. It's not the best because we are all squinting into the sun (I'm not complaining though, we had beautiful weather while there).

All this talk about shopping is making me want to go. I think after I do a little cleaning I'll go hit a few stores. Or maybe I'll just skip the cleaning and go straight to the shopping.

I need to go shopping to find Ashley a bathing suit for next month. We are going to San Diego to visit family and then....to Disneyland for three days!! The girls don't know we are going to Disneyland, it's going to be a surprise. It's just going to be me and the girls in SD then we are going to "head home" Monday morning and Ryan is going to fly down after he gets off work on Monday. So on our "way home" we are going to "swing by" the Orange County airport (which is about 2 hours from SD) and pick up Daddy. We'll see how long it takes them to figure it out from there.
Well, I hope everyone has a great weekend and i hope you East Coasters enjoy your "heat wave".

Hello Everyone,

Sorry I haven't been around lately. DS10 was sick last weekend with the stomach bug. It took him several days to get over it. Then, DH started not feeling well Monday. Thankfully neither DS13 nor myself have gotten it yet.

It has been a busy week. I was so grateful that today was Saturday. I have started thinking about my FE gifts, but am not sure yet what I want to do. We received many different and neat things on our cruise last year. I have an idea, but have not decided 100% to go with it yet.

It was beautiful here today-highs in the 60's. The boys played out side all day. They are both tired tonight. DH is on the baseball board at our local park and worked there this morning. I stayed busy cleaning, then went and got my nails done before going to Walmart earlier.

Ok Andrea---U wanted to see the new hair color....well this is the best photo I got all night..... This is me(of course) and my friend Steve I went out to listen to sing last night....I love listening to him! He's got a great voice and sings old songs and has his own stuff, which I love the best! And he's cute!! But it's my bad side...dang my good hair side is smooshed against his face... Ok well maybe i will get a better photo of the hair but this is as good as it gets for now.

Hi all! Great hair Michelle!!!! Love the color. I've sooo gotta color mine. I HATE the gray. I've got my box here and just haven't had time to do it. I'll get to it eventually.

Well baby dedication was a success. I'll post a couple of pics in the next day or two. I've got to have my hubby get them onto our computer at home so they come out a normal size and not really really small. He posted them and the video on our facebook accounts but when I try to transfer pictures over they are almost impossible to see. Katelin and Lilli looked beautiful and Lilli had a fantastic smile up there. Katelin was hilarious cause she started to wave when her name was announced. It was adorable and everyone laughed. It was a great moment.

Well, now that the fun is over, Katelin and Lilli have colds. Katelin didn't sleep much last night so I've got a semi grump on my hands. Lil isn't terrible and felt well enough to go to school so we sent her. I'm hoping I made the right decision. Mommy isn't feeling that wonderful but mine I know is allergies. I wish the weather would make up its mind.

Now I'm going to take about an hour and do some online shopping! I wanna start picking up a couple of items for the cruise. I've restrained from shopping til now but I just can't do it any longer. LOL

Sorry you guys are not feeling well . Gena, how's everyone doing at your house now? It seems to be going around--the country. Riley wasn't feeling well over the weekend. She had a headache all day yesterday, she probably snuck some chocolate, she gets headaches if she eats to much of it.
Well, my box should be getting her sometime this week. The little things in life.
Don't worry Laura mums the word! I'll stick with the "nothings definate yet". We got out of going to DL with them, they are going the week before us! For those of you wondering...my sister is a "Golden Child" of sorts (and that's just the surface) and I (as well as most of the rest of the family-with the exception of my parents) can only take her in small doses. We we started planning the cruise there was a chance she was going to look into it and Laura and I said .

Yep, there must be something going around. I had a headache all day yesterday also and felt half sick to my stomach. I'm still feeling a little weak today but was able to make it to work...darn it. Hope everyone is feeling better soon.

So sorry to hear more of you are sick or were sick as well. Katelin was a trooper today. She was still full of smiles and the only time she got a tad upset at me was when I would go to wipe her nose. The only time I did that was when she sneezed and there was something to wipe. So, all in all, it was a good day. Hopefully we're all back to norm tomorrow. Yes I know Katelin will still not be feeling the best BUT I'm hoping it's a good day again and that I'm not dealing with the allergy stuff. Not ready to start allergy meds this early.

Didn't get a chance at all to shop today. I'll have to get with the program here soon.

Thankfully, everyone is better. DH is still not 100% yet. I keep telling him to go to the doctor, but he is so busy at work, he won't take time to go.

Michelle, the hair color looks good. Just don't fuss at me, but I have never had to use color on my hair. I feel very lucky. When I do find the first gray hair, watch out Miss Clairol .

Today was beautiful here!!! We went outside for recess, and then I opened my windows in my classroom and let the air blow in for the rest of the day . Highs around 70 make me want spring to hurry and come.

Say an extra prayer for me. I had a scare a couple of months ago with my mammogram, but everything was okay (doc thougth it was a lymph node). I went for my 4 month check today and everything seemed okay. I won't know for 2 more weeks. It is going to be tough to wait, but the tech acted as though everything was fine. They did not do an ultrasound, so that made me feel better. The older I get, the more I believe in the power of prayer.

We are going for an information session about the high school band tomorrow night for DS 13. I can't believe he will start high school in the fall. It is about to get the best of me. Both boys have "girlfriends" now. They want me to take them shopping for Valentine's day. This will be interesting. The funny thing is, DS10's "girlfriend" is in my class at school. They grow up so fast!!!

Does anyone know how many weeks we have to go until the cruise? I normally start counting the days around June. I am ready to figure out the number now!!!

OK Gena----I think it's like 237 days. I am dieing for the cruise!
And umm 10 and girlfriend?? No way---my DD (8) will be lucky to have a boyfriend at 15. they have to many hormones and emotions going to handle what comes with a relationship. They get brain stupid when hormones are involved!

And I don't have any gray---none---I just like to liven up the color....I am not feeling 36...still feel 26 most days especially after my girls night out. If I didn't have the girls I could go out everynight like the old days! My girlfriend is a hairdresser and did it...painted my head as my DD(5) says!

Weather here is great...40-50...broke out the flip flops!!

i hope everyone is great and getting better....no sick people on the cruise...have already done that with DD.

Tommy- I totally missed this post, I don't know how, but I did. (You need to get your own screen name if you're going to be sneaking in posts, or take this one and Laura can have a "normal" one) You're right, she does look like her and what's even scarrier is she reminds me of her! It keeps me up at night, really it does, I'm a little freaked out about it.

Gena- Great to see you back around. We have had the bug in the house to.. Hunter has missed a day of school as well as Kyle. Michael home with pneumonia. Was in Vanderbilt Childrens for part of the weekend. As far as girlfriends Kyle has had the same girl since July, glad she lives 60 miles away. So only see eachother on Sat. Hunter had his first girlfriend, think it lasted about a week. I am sure the house is all done by now. I know you are glad that is over with. A house in the neighborhood has a house fire while we were on the cruise, and they are finially getting to move back in.

Hope everyone is having a great week. I have 2 unplanned days off so far this week with the kids being sick, but the weather has been great so I have getting a little done around the house.
