Hello all! I hope everyone is having a good day. I just wanted to pop in and say "HI". My friends that booked will be participating in the FE, she (Terri) is coming over this weekend and is going to sign up for the disboards. She is just lurking right now, by next week I should have her signed up and addicted. Time is really flying by! Of course it always does around the holidays, I just hope it keeps going fast after the first of the year so we can get on that boat!!!
Kristi--I'm sure you'll be able to be a SAHM!! Keep praying! I am one now, but I was a Flight Attendant for 13 years, so it took a while to get here. My being a SAHM came just in the nick of time--Ashley is in high school now and boy am I glad I'm home! Although, sometimes I wish I could ship her off to another county! The only reason I was able to stay at home is because we were kind of "forced" to make it work. My DH got a job as a Highway Patrol Officer and he is working graveyards now (he always had jobs with bankers hours) anyway, we don't have any family in the area and with him working graveyards I couldn't be gone overnight anymore. So here I am! I do watch one little girl for a little extra money (well, it's not really extra). She is 19 months old and blends in nicely with my brood of girls.
So, what is everyone doing for Thanksgiving? The girls and I are going to Mass. to see my DB (dancing brother) and his fam, I can't wait! Although, I'm not looking forward to the 6 hour plane ride , but they are worth it! Ryan can't go because he has to work! I'm trying to brace myself for how cold it will be It's going to be 83 here this weekend. I went and got the girls jackets at Ross the other day and Bailey had to wear hers home, even though it was close to 70.
Well, I guess I've made up for lost time rambling on and on. I hope everyone has a good day!

Hi all! Just touching base with everyone. Glad to see all is well here.

DisMom, I told my DH two nights ago that, unless a major emergency arises, December 31, 2009 will be my last day working. We're going to do whatever it takes. I can handle one more year here. I'll have put in 13 years at this lawfirm with a total of 22 years in the legal field. I think by then I'll have earned the SAHM position.

Anyway, on a separate note, we still haven't done the chain yet, I haven't started on my door magnets, I haven't bought any of the FE stuff, I haven't gotten costumes for the girls, I haven't gotten dresses for any of us, etc. and so forth. I'll do alot of that after we travel to Vietnam (whenever that is). I'll have 2 months of not working so in between getting used to two kids I'll start to work on some of these items. Obviously the clothes can't be bought til I see what size Katelin will be so we'll just wait and hope for the best when it comes to sales.

As for travel arrangements, this weekend my husband and I are going to sit down and make a plan (he's a planner, I'm not). Once the plan is made I'll have a better idea as to what we're doing, and where to start looking for great rates. I'll let you all know how this goes!

Well, it's back to work for me and then I go pick up Lil and we head to church for our normal Wednesday night stuff. Ensemble and choir rehearsals for me and for Lil, her Prims class. Tonight our ensemble is spending our rehearsal time getting fitted for Victorian costumes as we'll be caroling this year. So fun.

Good Morning All....O holy wood batman!! Today we are having 2 huge silver maples removed from our yard. They are huge! Well at least our friends and family are happy they are getting ALOT of wood for next yr. Everytime they cut and a log falls I hear curplunk!! Shakes the ground! Andrea U would like this for ur fireplace huh? They don't need it in CA...around here it actually GETS cold...lol So people use it to off set the gas costs. I will take a photo of all the wood when they are done. Already have one of our friends sawing it in pieces to haul away!! Well I love they are coming down but $2000 later ...hmmm that part sucks!!! Well gotta go watch the fun...TTYL

Have been keeping up with everyone, but has been crazy week, sorry I have not posted in a while.
Boys are busy with sports, and DS6 had minor surgery this week, but doing much better now.
ready for this trip already, but know we have a while to wait.
Back to help kids with homework and all that fun stuff.

Hi all....boy what has happened? Our thread seems to have fallen off the earth!! Don't forget our thread during the holiday season!!

Today I sit , looking out my front bay window and think OMG thats's alot of wood! We have huge mounds of mulch from the grinding of the stumps, and normally we would plan to be our there this weekend cleaning this all up, however....we are expecting the chance of snow and I will not be out there cleaning it up...so we may be surrounded ny mulch until the spring. Maybe the good lord will bless us with a wonderful weekend next week and we can try and clean up a bit. Anyone need wood or mulch....come and get it!!!

Other then that...nothing to much here. I am sick AGAIN!! OMG got flu shot and I don't have the flu but I sure have gotten the common colds all month. AWFUL!!!! DD(4) is sick as well, but such a trooper. Wanted to go to school today to share...LOL I think I am gonna try and work out in the yard today before the cold comes. Well I am off to school to give spelling tests. BBL

OK I booked my airfare, so I feel like I have everything complete . My air, hotel and car are all taken care of. Just need to purchase a 1 day park pass for Matt and myself. That we will do when we get down there. The only thing left to do is pay off the cruise. My airfare wasnt so bad because Matt had a $400.00 voucher from Delta. Hey every little bit helps

Michelle...Wow those trees must have been HUGE !!! Wish you lived close enough cuz I would definately be over for some wood. Hannah looks fantastic!!!

Michelle--You weren't kidding! Could you bring some wood by my house this weekend? Not that we need it yet it is 83 here today. Bailey is wearing shorts and flip flops! Your neighborhood looks just like the one Ryan grew up in, and that picture of Nelia is too cute! I think you guys must have gotten us sick. Riley has been home from school sick for the last 3 days and I have developed my monthly sinus infection. Went to bed last night at 6pm with a fever of 101. Bailey was sick last weekend, so hopefully she wont get it again, and Ashley, in her finest teenage fashion, isn't around enough to catch it (hopefully). I want us all to be better when we get on that plane to go see my DB and fam!!

Kim--what did your son have surgery for? I'm glad to hear he is OK.

Norma--good luck with the cheerleading! Are you going to WDW or DL? When are you going? I'm so jeolous!! I'm suffering serious park withdrawl right now!

Well, I'm not sure if Terri will be able to come over this weekend or not, since we are all sick. We'll see....I know she's excited about it!! So I'll let you know what happens with that. I do want to get my door magnents picked out since we will be printing those over Thanksgiving.

I might not be on again until after the weekend, so I hope everyone has a good weekend!

Robin---just drive on over....I think we will look like that for weeks. It will take awhile to get it gone cause we have some icky weather coming and no-one will wanna be out sawing wood. My uncle took a truck load (f-250) and I swear it didn't even make a dent.

Andrea--Sorry I didn't mean to share our colds. Nelia is feeling yucky but a trooper when sick. I have just been tired and blowing my nose a thousand times a day. Hope you guys feel better soon. When do u leave for Laura's? Sydney keeps asking me has Riley wrote me back yet...I told her she was sick. I think they are liking this emailing thing. So is Terri's DD Amaya(9)? What is hubby's name? I will update web site as much as I can. Well I will talk to you all later today, that is if anyone joins me here. OMG Graham...U are soo funny. that's a good idea....well here the wood sits...someone come to my house and make the raft to float us to CC.

I am having a hard time with magnets here. Ok some I want to be 8x10 and some smaller...How do I know how big they will print? Does anyone know how to read the size and make it what U want? I am also having a hard time deciding what ones. I mean I have seen most doors have like 6...I think mine will have like 25 in varies sizes...LOL

What kinda air did u find Robin? I better find 800 for all 4 of us cause I won't pay more then that and that is with tax. I hope there are deals running next spring for our cruise time.
