hi ladies.......( i dont think we have any men posting do we?) woohooo the ladies will rule this cruise....hehehehe.....anyway....i cant believe it is almsot under 8 months. I am so ready for the cruise.....i have had 2 weekends in a row ruined by snow and ice. if i wanted this stuff every freaking weekend i would move up there with shannon..... i hope this is all for us......i dont mind it every now and then but not 3 or 4 times a year....lol...oh well just going to sit here and dream of nassau and CC.............ahhhhh a warming thought....lol...ok well i did my walk away the pounds....and i have another 4 hrs till i have to be at work so i am going to go lay down a few more....hope everyone has a happy presidents day.

what does 22 degree weather + no working furnace in a house = ???






Ugh!! It means you wake up to a house that is 48 degrees!! YIKES!!! Our furnace decided to go on the fritz yesterday...we called the gas company and it looked to be ok at 10pm so we decided to stay at home(we were going to stay the nite at my parents house). We kept the kids in our room...extra body heat, and they went to bed before it was actually fixed. Well, it was all toasty warm in my bedroom thanks to 5 humans and a dog cosleeping....but WOW!!! When we opened the bedroom door to wake up this am....it was a whopping 48 degrees in our house!! Apparently the furnace decided it didn't want to run all nite. So now, i'm waiting for the guy to come fix it again!! What a way to start the week....thank goodness i get away this weekend....i need it now!! Steph...get out the ax and put me outta my misery!!!

Hi all! hope everyone is doing well. Sorry about your furnace Shannon, hope it was an easy fix. When our a/c went out last summer it cost us $1700. the magic thread for Halloween has 1073 posts and we have 850. Must be more people on the Magic.

Hey everyone! Today was the first morning we woke up with heat this week!! Yeah for us!! Not sure what was wrong with the furnace, but i guess it's finally working...now i hope they lose the repair bill!!

So how's everyone been? We leave tomorrow to go to buffalo where we will be catching a plane on sat. to go see steph and her dh....i can't believe it's finally time!! Wow...it finally sunk in with me today, cuz i've started packing! I kinda forgot i had to pack for my kids to spend the weekend with their gparents. What a pain!

Well, gotta go get ready....kids will be invading the house in about a half hour... thank goodness only 3 are coming here today...not as bad as most days! Talk with you all soon!!



oh...tink...i think that disneydirect has quite a few costumes on sale right now. Not sure if dh and i are dressing up or not...i do know the kids will..they can't wait!! DD dressed in her princess gowns last year, and that was in jan! She LOVES to dress up!!
