Oct. 29th 2006 Halloween anyone?

Tink, I got those figures for the 4 of us here.... http://cruisetip.tpkeller.com/ We to were planning on giving more as fit per server.. but what about that Disney manager? Does he/she get tip's also??

I still have to talk to DH about the TOT.. Our lil guy was never big on TOTing around the house here.. he just lliked to sit and pass out candy and see all the costumes..

We also requested early dining, but not sure what 'slot' we got.. how do you find this out??
 
Your dining request should be on your paper work that you got from your TA. (at least mine was) also found out there are a few different times for early dining. I picked 6:00, I think the rest were 5:30 & 5:45.

From my previous expereince, you can request a specific time for early or late seating, (like 5:45, 6, 6:15 or 8,8:15, 8:30) but you may not get it. You basically get early or late seating; DCL decides what time. You can try to change it once you get on board. So far, I have not had a problem changing the time. By the way, does anyone have early seating and decided they want late? We really need early seating since I'm travelling with my parents. (You know how seniors like to eat dinner at 4pm!) :rolleyes:
 

Tink the DIS meet on deck 10 prior to drill sounds good to me!! i plan and hope to get on the ship early!!!
 
I like the idea of the meet at 3pm. We have late seating but i was hoping to change it on board for 6pm.
 
As far as tot I have two 6's#,one 8 #, and 10 2#'s. The plan I thought of was to start at the 2's and go to the 6/8 and then dcl for the their tot. does everyone like /dislike this?

For tips they leave envelopes in your room and there is an "appropriate" amount suggested for each person you are asked to tip. Of course if you think they went above and beyond the call of duty, tip more. I am trying to remember what it was but I can't remember and it is my 3 rd disney cruise. They took the guess work out.

You won't know the time slot for dinner until you get on the ship.

The boat drill is at 4pm, how about a DIS meet at 3pm?
Afte the drill is the sail away party.

It just took me forever to catch up. You all sound like you have everything under control. We have early dinner.
3 sounds good for our meet. As far as TOT, What ever you all decide is good with me.

Most people that DISboard meets wear the famous lime green!!
 
The meet at 3 sounds like a plan! We will be wearing Disney t-****s, all matching, but different colors, I don't think many will miss my big group! Another DIS meet on sea day would be great! The TOT "path" sounds good to me. I think if we "link" our ressies we would at least get the same dining rotation? When I called Disney to get ourCC numbers, she asked me what time we wanted early dining, and I said 6,so I guess I will wait and see if that's the time I get.
Only one more week til I leave for Mississippi! Anyone heard what the carry on restrictions are? I wonder if they have "eased up" any? How early should I go?
