Oct 27th??

I'm thinking there are going to be so many people trying to make ressies online on the 27th, that the computers are going to get bogged down and it is going to be nothing but a frustration fest! Anybody else think this will happen?

If you spend any time on this board, you are probably imagining that everyone is going to make reservations on the 27th. I look at it this way...the fanatic folks who frequent this board (or boards just like this) likely make up a small percentage of patrons who frequent Disney. The majority of folks who are going to Disney probably are not going to scramble to make reservations on the first possible day. I told some folks at work that I woke up at 4:00am to make ADRs for my last trip and they looked at me like I lost my freakin' mind!

If Disney's computers get bogged down, it won't be because everyone is making their ADRs. It will be because Diseny's computers in general are slow, cumbersome, and generally sucktastic.

That makes me feel better. I was worried about this too and was going to call in the am to make Fantasmic package ressie but was going to wait until wed to make the rest for my March trip.

and those people would be the same ones that show up at the Le Cellier hostess desk asking if they could get a reservation for dinner that very same night and when the hostess proceeds to tell them they are booked for the entire month they would look at her like she has lost HER freakin' mind!
