Oct 2003 - HRH discounts

I have booked a HRH Club room for 10/15/2003 for 3 nights at $359.00 per night.

They indicated they do not have discount room rates; yet, for this time.

Is there anyone out there who knows when the discounted rates will be available for October 2003?

I have ane entertainment rate for the HRH, but not club level, Oct. 14, 15.
