Yes, Happy Anniversary Denine and Jerry.....

It doesn't seem like a year ago we were cruising in one way and it seems a long time in another....

I still haven't settled down from my last cruise....we were off the ship a day this time last week.....I haven't done much since I have been home...tried to do laundry and our hot water heater was leaking and Dick is in the process of replacing it...has to have all new fittings as it doesn't fit our last one.

Went to an all day Disney scrapbook class yesterday....did some really cute pages. We will be going again in 68 days according to Barb and I have my last two albums on the trips and cruises to finish...I guess I need to stay home for awhile. Between the three of us we took over l200 pictures on the Panama Canal cruise.

Today is Bronco day.....I did get to see one game while we were gone.

Happy anniversary to all of us Oct. 19th cruisers. Here's to great friendship!

Happy Anniversary to Denine and Jerry. May you have many more!

Happy Anniversary to Denine and Jerry also!

The wedding was absolutely beautiful and the bride was gorgeous :bride:It turned out to be the most perfect fall day for a wedding. Her favors were candleholders with leaves on the outside with a "Wedding Day" Yankee Candle inside.. She also had mints & bells. I didn't have to stand in since the pregant bridesmaid made it!

BONNIE: No connections here. I had an operator who had only did four Candlelight reservations before mine (I hope it is okay) & I had to talk her through it. She actually had a table available at 4:00 PM or 4:15 PM. I wasn't sure I did the time correctly but I know we waited in line for the Candlelight Procession even with the reservations. If we are finished eating at 5:00 or 5:30 does that give us enough time for waiting in line?

SANDY: You and Ted have to see the Candlelight Procession even if it means waiting in line for hours for the free seats. It will give you chills:goodvibes :goodvibes

My Dodgie is back home. I really missed him.::yes::

Watching the EAGLES lose as usual.........

Have a great Sunday and a great week. Toodles:wave2: ::MickeyMo JEANNE

How wonderful that we all came out to recognize the anniversary of our meeting.

Today was a beautiful warm day. The trees are all a golden color and with the sun shining so bright on them it was a gorgeous day.

I saw the different dinner packages for candlelight. There are a couple of cheaper ones. Maybe I can talk Ted into it. I did read more about in on a site. If I remember correctly Ben Vereen will only do it 2 days while we are there.

Jeanne, sounds like the wedding was great. Glad that Dodger dog is back. I know how much you love him!! Don't feel bad about the Eagles losing, the Broncos did too.

Dudettes, I ran across the postcard that you sent to us last year when you were at WDW. This year you don't have to worry about sending one. We will be there. YAHOO!

Susan, I don't know how you do it. You always say the perfect things. I agree with all of your thanks! To some on the "outside" they think we are crazy. But to all of us it is real. Even my girls were very skeptical in the beginning but now they even understand. In fact, Heidi is a lurker. She NEEDS to meet all of you someday. Maybe I need to make her stay here for a wine chat.

Good Morning!

HAPPY ANNIVERSARY!!

I have been reminiscing all weekend. Last year this time......

I am underpleased today. I got my cell phone bill and again it is over $500. I have not been billed less then $500 since January! Thought I had it all worked out when I changed mine Missy and Jaymee's plan last month. I left Bob and Tiffany's the same and now Tiffany is over. I give up:mad:

On a better note. I told Bob about the Disney vacation he is actually excited. He is already trying to make out hotel reservations. I told him at the Bahama Breeze......remember that fun place Mom, Sandy and Lori??? I have already written on my calandar the Friday before the Oct 2004 cruise we are going back there.

Hope everyone has a wonderful day.

Barb:smooth:

Barb, a cell phone for that much......ouch! Glad that Bob is so happy. Was Bahama Breeze a bit quieter for him this time??

Good grief, where is everyone? I give up! I have now decided to go on strike and become a lurker. How can I lurk if no one posts??

My modem was giving me problems, couldn't email, couldn't read, couldn't post...couldn't get online.

Nothing new here though.

$500 cell phone bill????? WOW!!! I think that is an all time record!

I'm here!! Still trying to recover from the 6:00AM hockey game!!!

Barb - you need a new cell phone plan!!! $500 is out of my league!!

I went to the orthodontist today and he thinks the braces will come off in Feb.!! Yippeeee!! I am so happy!!

Bonnie - glad your computer problems are resolved!

Gotta run. Dinner is almost ready and then I have to take Stanley and Turner for a walk to study spelling words!!!

Later!

Been out of it for awhile.
We were driving through Tulsa, when I leaned over to Clare and reminded her that 1 year ago we were seeing the Dudettes and climbing aboard the "mickey boat".
Of course that led to "When are we going again???????"

Happy Anniversary to all - here is to showing everyone out there that we WILL stay in touch.

Krista

Ok, ok no strike THIS time. If Krista got on then I know everything is ok.

Krista, when ARE you going again?

Susan, what good news about your braces. You won't have them on very long. What is it....about a year? Stacey and Heidi couldn't wait to get them off. Stacey had them about 2 years and Heidi was about 2 1/2 years. I had to laugh about you taking Stanley and Turner for a walk to study spelling words. That is how we taught the girls their alphabet was by taking them on a walk. They didn't realize that we were actually teaching them. They thought we were just singing while we walked. Memories.

Bonnie, glad that you are back and not having computer problems. I have just given up on trying to reduce the size of the print on this site only. In fact, I kind of like the letters being about an inch high. Easy reading! No, not really that bad.

Almost time for 7th Heaven. I love that show! I also love Everwood that is on right after. Can you tell that I like family shows?

Good nite all. Thanks for sparing me the strike!

Just a quick post this morning since I am running late (same old, same old). I wanted to make sure Sandy had a new post to read this morning.lol

Krista - good to hear from you? Come visit more often.

Laurie - where are you? We haven't heard from yu in a while.

Diana - take a minute away from hockey and come say hello!

Darren - we never heard from you again. What happened? Would still love to hear about your MAGICal adventures! Have you heard anything about openings in Guest Services yet?

Julie - come out, come out wherever you are.

Good morning to Bonnie, Sandy, Sally, and Barb.

Hope Denine and Lori are still having a great time. Denine should be home soon. I don't remember when Lori returns. Anyone remember?

Later!

Good morning

Our mouse hunt goes on. Dick caught the second one this morning. He had been putting peanut butter on a trap and the stupid mouse kept cleaning it off without setting off the trap, so yesterday he set two more traps with cheese and caught one but he doesn't know if there is another one or not as the other trap was cleaned off again. I hate mice (sorry Mickey) He keeps leaving the patio door open so Abby can get outside and that is an invitation for all the mice in the neighborhood to come on in!

Crissy and I went to see Secondhand Lions....I thought it was an excellent movie....loved the storyline. Has anyone else seen it? I haven't heard anything about it but that was the only one playing we thought might be good.

We put some Fall decorations outside. Two scarecrows, orange lights on a small fir tree by it and Candy corn lights on the fence by the front door. I have to paint two wood pumpkins today to put on the lamp post in front and also put some pumpkins out.

My crazy computer is acting up....I wrote a post and it disappeared so I rewrote it and I couldn't get the screen to scroll so I went ahead and posted and it worked....

Sandy I am getting ready to go to Curves so you can take it easy today....hate to get weighed as I know I gained some weight on the cruise... ...oh, well it was well worth it.....

The new hot water heater is finally connected so I hope to get my laundry caught up....I have been playing ever since I got home as Crissy had her days off from work but she goes back today so I have to get to work too.

We went to a scrapbook store yesterday and she had a lot of new Disney stickers so of course I had to have them and also fall stickers. That is why I decorated the front of the house....that is pretty bad when you have to decorate just so you can take pictures for an album. Crissy even bought her dog a pumpkin costume and we took pictures. It has a little hat with a stem on top....Abby loved it but didn't like the pumpkin around her body....

Must get busy.....have a wonderful day everyone!!!!

::MickeyMo :wave2:

Good Morning!

Hey Mom did you get to see previews for the next Lord of the Rings movie when you saw Second Hand Lions?? I have been trying to talk Bob into going to see Second Hand Lions because they were showing those previews. I LOVE the Lord of the Rings movies!

Krista-Good to see you checking in. Hummm last year we had your name for the Christmas drawing. I am sososo sad we are not doing it this year:(

Bahama Breeze was wonderful. I LOVE going there. Can't wait to go again. It was much much much quieter this time. The waiter was in no hurry which had me worried because we had to pick up my parents at the airport and I was thinking we were going to be late.

I made up for my "Barb is a total Slacker" weekend last night. Got off of work went to watch Tiffany cheer at the last football game this season:( Went home made dinner, shampoo'd carpet made Rice Krispie treat to mail to Jaymee and cleaned the house. I feel better now.

I have been scheming a plan to make the kids think our big Christmas surprise is a big screen TV. I am going to tell them on Christmas Eve that it didn't work and we won't be getting the TV until Feb, then on Christmas day tell them that I did get them a small gift and give them a box with Disney Details in it. teeheeteeheeteeheee:teeth: :teeth: :teeth:
Teasing kids is one of my favorite past times!

Barb:smooth:

Barb teasing is a hang over from her childhood....just ask her sisters and brother....of course her teasing then got them in trouble not her!

Way to go Barb. I love the big screen TV idea. Something like that can't backfire. Good idea.

Sally, I have a feeling that our mouse is the same little guy. Ours is enjoying the peanut butter without setting it off too. Maybe I can get Ted to set it again using cheese. They love that peanut butter, don't they? I haven't been back to Curves lately because of my cough. Gosh, when will I ever get over this nasty cold? A friend has had it for 5 weeks and the cold is still going strong. The doctor told her it is just a virus and it takes time. I better be well for Dec!!!!!!

Susan, that was nice of you to think of me and post early. I promise not to strike for awhile!

Sandy, can't you just see him trotting between your house and mine....lol

Just got back from Curves and I only gained 6 pounds...Only! Well it could have been worse....I don't even eat cream that much at home and on the ship I thought I had to have it a couple times a day....I did skip it for breakfast.

It is so nice out I am torn between working outside or inside...

Sally, I say go outside. This weekend it is suppose to be crummy out. :( Take advantage of the great weather today!
