We had 4 dining reservations.
Our first evening we had dinner at the G. F. Park Fare restaurant.
We thought the characters did a great job. Kids loved them!
The food was good. The closed in dinning room was just not to our liking.
Glad we tried it once though. Sorry no pics. The characters look great!
Wed. we did Mickey's BYBBQ. After our not so good Aloha experience we
were not sure how much we woul like this.
We checked out the empty BBQ area earlier in the day. Quite a few buffet lines. Looked as though they were prepared to feed lots of people quickley.
Everyone would sit at shared picnic tables. We would make the best of it!
That evening entrance was easy. We got our beverages before picking out seats. We found seats at a table sitting side by side. DH went to fill his plate first. Easy. I held our seats. Then I went to fill mine. No wait. We both liked the food. The ribs were perfect. Very tender. We were happy.
Then the entertainment started. We could not resist joing the fun. The band was good & we loved the trick ropester! Mickey & Minnie were on stage and Goofey was dancing with all the guests. We had a wonderful time. We thought this experience was very well done!
Fri. we had dinner at the California Grill. 6 pm reservation. Seated quickly, food was good. Service very good, though a little too attentive. We were seated in the wine room. Quieter than the main dining room. And at sunset the sun was not in our eyes so we enjoyed the view of the lake & beyond.
We returned to the restaurant to enjoy Hallowishes again from the outside
catwalk. Beautiful. This view also reminds you how large Disney World is.
We went to Downtown Disney for some neccessary shopping. A Mickey emblem for our RV door.
While there we had brunch at the House of Blues. This was our 2nd time at the Gospel Brunch. The food is great & the entertainment uplifting and fun.
