Oct 16-24 5th anniversary - need ideas for surprise

I have booked our trip for Oct. My DH and I will be celebrating our 5th anniversary (we had our honeymoon in Disney). We'll be doing the deluxe DDP. I've already taken care of our ADRs. Which he knows about. I've listed them in case anyone has a suggestion pertaining to them.

Last year he surprised me with a B&TB vase with red roses and then a carriage ride. So this year I want to surprise him with something. I'm thinking about doing a tour as a surprise.

Does anyone have any suggestions for surprises?

Has anyone used the Disney Florist? I thought about contacting them.

Here is a little info about DH - he's a musician, doesn't play sports, likes to eat and drink (the reason we are doing the DDDP).
