Hi all,
I'm not on this sailing but I've been checking Hotwire so many times, waiting for the Hyatt to show on my date. (10/29/10)

If any of you have plans to stay at the Hyatt pre crusie, I can see it on Hotwire for $79 + tax.

Here's what to do:
Search for MCO instead of Orlando.
Be sure to enter 2 adults and 2 kids, even if you don't have any.
The Hyatt is the only 4* in MCO area that has a recommendation rate of 95%.
Also when you click on it, below the map it will list the Tripadvisor.com rating. The Hyatt is 4.5 out of 5, so 4.5 green circles.

Anything else that is not an exact match to the above bolded parts will get you the Renaissance. Double check carefully since it's non refundable. Don't just use the price as a match.

We have gotten the Hyatt on HW at least 5x now with this method. We'll be needing 6 rooms this time so we'll be saving a lot of $$$$. :woohoo:

Happy Sailing!!!:goodvibes

I packed my bathing suits today. Does that count towards packing? :lmao:

 ::yes:: I finally got my clothes all sorted and ironed. Lots more to get ready, but at least I've started! I have to concentrate on what I need to do to get ready for Thanksgiving this coming weekend before I will have time to finish packing!

Hi everybody,

would anybody happen to know how late it is possible to check in at the Radisson Resort at the Port?
Our plane will land at Orlando Airport around 6.00 p.m. (if there are no delays ...), but with immigration and customs and all that, I doubt we will be at the hotel before 9.00 p.m.

Has anybody else arrived there that late - do you reckon we will be fine, will the reception still be open and all that?

Most hotels have something called 'guaranteed for late arrival'. It means as long as you have a credit card on your reservation, they will hold the room all night but will charge your credit card if you don't show up.

You can also take our cell phone numbers and you can give us a call if you think you're going to be really late. Since we will be at the hotel already, we can let them know.

I'm sure you'll be fine.

The other thing you can do too, is to call the hotel and tell them that your plane lands at 6 pm, and that youll be there late. They can note your reservation. Theres someone at the check in desks 24/7. Even the mom and pop hotel we use inthe Keys has someone there after hours.

American hotels are operated differently than European hotels. Most are open 24-hours per day. You will find the office open when you arrive, so have no worries. As pointed out by Kathy, make sure your room is guaranteed with a credit card and your room will await you:)

In 2 weeks we will be having a sea, but let's do pirate night instead

Cool pirate night pictures. We never get there for the buffet so I haven't seen the tables like that. We always have late dining and who wants food after just eating?

Hoping we don't get much rain today. It rained for 2 straight days over the weekend. I am guessing we had over 2".

Yo Ho! pirate:

Say, aren't we supposed to be learning all the words to the pirate song? I think there's a link on page 1. I haven't been doing my homework :guilty:
