Oct. 16-23, 2010 - Bring Back the Magic

Hi guys!

Those Purex 3-in-1 sheets work really good. My daughter in college uses them and loves them. I have dryer sheets and laundry soap in our owner's locker.

Well, I went and purchased passports for my 3 kids. I know they are still letting people use birth certificates for kids under 16, but I just thought this will just be easier. I got word from the gov't that their passports have been sent and we will get them next week!:cool1: PLUS, IF we decide to go to my cousin's wedding in Europe next year, we will need them. SO... that was money we didn't expect to be spending... LOL!

I'm sooooooooooooo ready for this cruise. We will be at Disney's BWV's before the cruise and after Animal Kingdom's Kidoni village. So that is where I'll be doing laundry. LOL! We are thinking about doing the MNSSHP the Thursday before the cruise or the Sunday after, anyone else going then?

Well, gotta run! Have a great day everyone!!

Come on Captain Mickey!!!

We are at BCV after the cruise and are doing MNSSHP on Tuesday (10/26) because we thought it would be less crowded on a weekday night.

Rutgers is playing Army on 10/16 - it will be the first college football game in the new Meadowlands Stadium :thumbsup2

My parents met in the Marine Corps and the 1st time I saw the Silent Drill Team was at the Iwo Jima Monument in DC when I was 7. I still remember being impressed, especially since the Marines do the drills with real bayonets on their rifles! :scared1:

I guess we need to pick a time for Grills and then get a headcount?

I think what impresses me the most about them, are,
It is completely silent. When I saw them at Michie Stadium, you could literally hear a pin drop. The only sounds, were their weapons hitting the ground, or their hands, and there feet hitting the ground.

There will be 6 in my group (me DH, Dmom and DDad, 2 friend of theirs.) Thank you for doing that

No problem. Ill start a list.

Whomever is going to Grills on the 15th, please let me know, with a pm,or a post on the board so we can get a head count. Also, need to know a name, and how many children and adults, and if you need transportation.

Also, to save on some questions as to who is staying where, the resort you are staying at, prior to the cruise, if you have one, even if you are not going to Grills.

We are going to Grills! Kathy & Frank - we are staying at the Radisson and will have a car.

Thanks for doing this! :flower3:

DH (Marty) & I will be going to Grills. We are local (Port st John), so we'll be staying in our own bed on the 15th & do not need a ride.

We will be at the Radisson. There are two of us for Grills and we will have our car. Dan & Nancy will be with us. So we have room for one extra in the back seat and one in the tailgate if needed:rotfl:.

Ok. This is what I have so far. The names are for 2 reasons. 1 match a screen name to the person, and also, if someone needs a ride its easier to say, Person x at Residence with 3 people, need a lift, or follow someone. Also, the resort is to see what Disers are in what resort, to make finding fellow Disers easier.

When I call in a few weeks, Ill have them put it under Disney or something to that effect, so we dont have to remember whos name its under.

Grills Attendees

Heres a link to Grills, if no one has ever been there before, or wants to check the menu.

Ron.

Tonight just checking and there it was Palo Brunch available on Key West day for party of 2 for the times of 10 and 10:30. :cool1:

I BOOKED IT!!! No more getting up early, now I can sleep in and take my time checking to port.

Congrats! You are going to LOVE the Brunch at Palos. The dinner is awesome, but I might enjoy the brunch more.

HI All

Our # 2 son and myself had a great day of fishing . The Largemouth Bass caught hell from the Kenney Men:thumbsup2:thumbsup2.
It was very wind on the pond but the sun was out . After being in the boat all day its just like a big sleeping pill . Im ready to hit the hey:rotfl2:.
After getting back from fishing Pete invited us for supper. So I had to call Nancy so she could come up because my truck was at Petes. So over all have had a fun day with my son and family.
