Good Morning All

Another hot and Muggy day here in Maine

You don't know hot & muggy!!! It was 88 before 9am!!!!!ugh

It's hot and muggy here in Ontario too!

Our high today was 84 but with the humidex 111!!!

Right now we're under a severe thunderstorm watch, but so far we haven't experienced anything too severe. We have had a lot of tornado watches this summer.

This is our 2nd DCL cruise. Can someone fill me in on what gifts if any CC members get? Trying to decide if I need to pack a refillable bottle for soda. I packed one on our first cruise and it came in very handy. (and yes, I did refill it using the disposable cups...)

Since payment is due this weekend, I thought I would send out a portion of the FE List I have so far to see if anyone has any corrections or additions to make. I would like to set a cut-off date for this on August 1st so people can know how many to prepare for.

Hi Kathy,

Joanne hasn't responded to my PM. But Family is going to AAU Junior Track and Field Olympics in Norfolk WV, leaving Friday. Invited her to dinner on Thursday. Hope she will get into town early enough.

If you haven't seen the post about our DGD (9). She placed first in 800 meters and 1500 meters at regional national qualifiers. Her time in the 1500 place her in the first heat with all the fast girls for her age thru out the USA. The 800 meter runs were to improve her speed at the end of the 1500 meters. This will be her 3rd Olympics.

We cancelled our Trip from Los Angeles to Vancover. Something came up and we couldn't make it.

I know that they get a lanyard set for each member of the party that has made at least 2 trips.Last year (August) we got a CC mesh bag with some little odds and ends like water bottles,(the DCL sport type) and some other little things like stationary, notecards, pens etc.

We did the same thing as you last year.We got some refillable mugs from Walmart, and used them thoughout our cruise.We either got ice from the room steward, or used the machine with refillable cups on deck 9.We also bought a small container of dish soap with us to clean the cups.The cups work great when you order room service late at night.I think this year though Im also going to pack my camelpack for excursions etc.

Yes. My flight landed a 1/2 hour early, my bag was the 1st one off the plane and I got a blue Mustang convertible from Avis. Too bad this never happens when I'm on vacation
