so excited to even THINK that Brent MIGHT be our CD!!!!! The best cruise we ever had was with him. The worst cruise we had (this week 2 years ago) was without him, it was definitely different for many many reasons and Brent's absence was one of those things.

It is a beautiful summer day in Maine. Some of our family members are off to go apple picking. Me - I'm off (with DAn of course) to find some ocean to look at. Wish I could walk on a beach but I think it would be quite difficult with my boot so I'll just settle for the view!

They are thinking about alaska. They went with us in December when we went with the kids on holland american. She has Rheumatoid Arthritis so they want to travel while they still can. SO I keep bugging them.

I am actually here again!

DD's 8th birthday party is today. Then I can seriously think about the cruise. I think we will just use our magnets from past cruises. Don't know if there will be time to make new ones.

I almost got chills seeing that picture of the ship in port!
