Lynn, I don't feel like going back to find your post about the electric cars but I think $175 that
DCL charges is pricey. Esp. when you can get 3 hours for $70. I don't think the admission to the museums cost all that much. But then again the premium you pay to do excursions through DCL is all about the convenience. We've done the DCL excursions before because of that reason.
Sorry, can't help you there!

(yet...I'll explain below)
I do know some of the hotels there offer shuttle service. We are actually considering staying at a hotel over there the night before the cruise since the cost of parking at the port for a week is actually more than just staying at a hotel and using the shuttle (because some of the hotels offer free parking for the week). I haven't done any research on it yet though so I can't give you specifics on which hotels are there and which offer these services. I think the Radisson and Country Inn are the ones most recommended...
Did someone say magnet designs?

That is totally on of my favorite things about planning. Ron says I am addicted to it, finding just the right fonts, clip art and pictures to use to make magnets. (I think addicted is actually a gentle word...obsessive compulsive is more like it!)
But the best place to check out is on the Creative Disigns forum (main boards front page all the way at the bottom). There are some amazing designers there that can create custom designs just for you! I love to browse over there and just get inspired! There are all different threads you can post requests and get things personalizd. Or some people offer templates and blanks so that you can personalize them yourself. Or you can just get great ideas to come up up with your own designs! I do a combination of all three!
That is just whatever your personal comfort level is on that. We do have both first and last names posted up but I totally understand your concern. Either way is fine and totally acceptable. Some folks even prefer to simply use nicknames instead like "mommy/daddy", "princess" and "pirate".
