Oct 16-20th crowds

We will be visiting Disneyland this sunday -thursday and attending the 18th halloween party! Can anyone give me a ball park of crowd sizes. Our last 3 trips before Christmas, Spring break, and 4th of july were insainly crowded but we still managed to ride everything we wanted daily and had so much fun but i would really love to have a more layed back disney experience this time. I remeber times I visited as a kid and got to walk right onto every ride please tell me it will be super chill this week!

I'm planning on a trip for the 17th through the 21st. According to isitpacked.com (alas, I am a newbie and can't post a proper link), it should be deserted for the first few days of the week, but might be a bit more crowded on Thursday and Friday. Fingers crossed that we will ALL be able to walk up to whatever ride we want!
