We will be staying at WDW until November 3rd

:banana::banana::banana:

We are looking forward to meeting you! After we get back to the World on 10/23 (hopefully at the Beach Club), we would like to wander over to Epcot for Food & Wine :yay: We're hoping lots of people will join us, since it's fun to share samples. One thing I learned last year is that it's best to do wine or beer, since there are vast selections of both. (I sort of remember ending up in the new tequila bar in Mexico as well :confused3). If we're staying at the Beach Club, we won't have to stagger far to make it home :lmao:

my 3 yo. DD is watching the DCL dvd. SHe keeps putting her blanket over her head and sighing and saying " mama I want to go there now" popcorn::

I'm with her - children are so wise!

Frank are you guys booking BCV?

If Frank can call before Joanne! :rolleyes1

Sounds great, we would sure love to join in on that! And staying at BCV so will manage to walk (stagger?) home afterwards without needing a taxi :yay:

Hi Everyone-
Just thought I'd pop in to say hi since I haven't been on for a while. Just got back from a trip to Mexico and from our balcony could see the Magic while in port at Cozumel! I was sooooo dreaming of being on that ship!!!! LOL
If anyone has walked around both Playa Del Carmen (where we just went) did you prefer that area for shopping over Cozumel? Trying to decide if we just want to stay there, do an excursion or pop back on over to Playa Del Carmen for a few hours.
I see I have missed quite a bit so need to brew some coffee and start catching up!
NJprincess, we are also staying at the BC (BCV to be precise) once back in port so open to a meet at the Food and Wine if anyone else is interested.

Pm me you information (name, ages, cabin #) and if you want to be on the cheat sheet give me the above info plus anything else you'd like to share (where from, sailing with, celebrating, and dining (late or early)...)

Just sent you a PM

The wine & food fest is a alot of fun, it sure does catch up to you quickly. Just one tip you have to get to the Sam Adams tent early. it's the only free tasting and fills up fast. All I have to say is Yum........

Good morning folks! I hope your weekends were amazing! Happy Monday!

TO get things up and rolling in here again I thought I would post a couple questions.

1~ What is your favorite restraunt in WDW? and why?

2~ What is your favorite port to just "sight-see" in without doing an excursion?

I have just joined Dis Boards and we are sailing on Oct 16 Magic. I would like to join the FE group but I do not have 10 posts yet.
My DH Marty and Myself, Norene Rajsich
I can give you my personal email if that would help.

I don't really have a favorite WDW restaurant. DH's favorite is Whispering Canyon Cafe.

I've only been there once, but Bermuda is my favorite.

Favorite casual restaurant is Boma... love the soups and the variety of choices of food. Whispering Canyon comes in second... love the skillet...

Favorite Signature is California Grill... although we are trying a few new ones on the next trip....so that could change.

I agree with Lcoulter...Bermuda hands down favorite port to do on my own.

1) Our favorite restaurant at WDW is Beaches and Cream because it is at our favorite resort and it is just a fun atmosphere. You never have to worry about making an ADR there and it's ok to just order onion rings and a No Way Jose for lunch. LOL They have the best burger on property too. Yummm!

2) This is our first cruise so haven't gone to any of the ports yet. Can't wait though!!!!!

We got our cruise package in the mail today too - woo hoo!!!!!! :cool1:
