There is a thread somewhere on this, I think it started as an excel file and moved to a word file, it is huge! I took a copy and shortened it to a much smaller easy to use and read file, things you must pack. I think I will dig it out and see if Pinky wants to put it on the website. There is a lot of good info on there, you just have to filter out and cater to your needs.
