Thats Hilarious and AWESOME!!!!!!!!

You are going to have a MARVELOUS! time!!!!!

I am trying to catch up and read all the past posts. You all have been busy! I don't think I have introduced all of my party. I will have David (DH), Samantha (DD-11) and Madison (DD-9) and Betty (DM). The ages are at time of cruise. I haven't told my mom I booked her yet, but I am sure she will want to join in the fun as well.

Welcome to you and your family!!!!!!! will this be your first cruise?
This will be our second and we are still as excited about it!!

Kritter, We got a great onboard credit :yay: thats 99% of the reason we switched our reservation. Carol was so nice to deal with.

Thanks to whoever posted the info on the FE pattern. I going to make one for my family and the Jenkins family. I have an embroidery machine so I'm hoping to turn the Disney smilies we used in our signature on here into a pattern and put that on each pocket.

Have a great day everyone.

hope you will post a picture of it when it's done!!! I would love to see it

I am going to have to order one...Does she take requests to make personalized one!!!!!!

Yes, she will do whatever you want!!! You choose the colors, fabric theme, characters! (She may be somewhat limited on what characters she can embroider, but I have seen the mickey heads, plus a Lilo & Stitch one she did, so, so nice!!!) :thumbsup2

:thumbsup2 Good job!

You have to love it! My DW researched like crazy. She was on the DIS at least a year before we ever booked and that was 18 months before we sailed. As we had heard from so many people, the FE exchange is a great way to get to know the ship. Having said that, there are parts of the Magic we never visited. But,,,,,I am confident I can find my way from our 2010 stateroom to shutters, all the dinning rooms, the club and lab, topsiders with my eyes shut :)

ITA, but it is so much fun to check out the differences in the floors...like the bright pretty lights on decks 1 & 2, and the nooks and crannies on decks 5 & 8..and find fun things like the deck 7 aft verandah (had actually never been there) and the hidden aft stairway:thumbsup2

Well then, we have a secret veranda room.........anyone else???

Yes, we are in 6634!:)

I'll continue the edumacation...

The SV rooms are 2 Cat 6 rooms on Deck 6 and 2 Cat 5 rooms on deck 7 (the only difference between Cat's 5 & 6 is deck location) that have been reclassified as Cat 7 rooms due to a slight obstruction of the verandah wall.
Here are exterior shots we took of the SV rooms.Deck 5 is the bottom deck, deck 6 the middle, deck 7 the top. You can see the end verandah rooms have a slightly slanted wall obstruction...these are the SV rooms. The middle one is 6134, the top 7120. The bottom picture is a closer view of 6134. You can see the obstruction is quite a bit less for the deck 6 rooms.
Below that are some interior shots showing how much the verandah is *really* obstructed. Still nothing like the Navigators Verandah obstruction but for the NV price...sweet!:thumbsup2 (In the pics the holes to the right of the pics are the holes in the Navigator's Verandah's so you can see the difference between those and a SV...

We had big dreams for secret deck 7 but there were no loungers out there. We visited a few times and never stayed.

Oh,, that is good. SHe is really a nice TA and the OBC can not be beat!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey guys, I have a question for you...

We have a short WDW trip planned in a few months (tossed around doing the 4/3 deal but then decided against it since we don't really want to stay that long, and can get 4 days on FL RES for cheap)...

We have decided to stay at a Moderate Resort, but can't pick which.
We have it pretty much narrowed down to POFQ and CBR. (But will consider CS and POR)...so that pretty much covers all the bases, huh?!?!

Ron wants CBR he like the whole beach theme and wants to chill in a hammock on the beach, plus the pool was just refurbbed and looks awesome.
I think I prefer POFQ...It is small and the antebellum theming to me is gorgeous. PLus getting to share amenities (and pools) with POR.

So what are your opinions? Do you have preferences in the mods, and why?
The only onsite resort we have stayed at before is the Contemporary...so with that as our point of reference, this is tough.

Thanks for the advice!!!:thumbsup2
