I have a 4 year & 6 yr old...how will the Oceaneer club work--will they both go to the same room?? Will they both be together?? The activities from an old Navigator look different, but I'm just confused--thanks!!

They will be doing different things. The 3&4's are in a group and then the 5-7s are in a group if I remember correctly. The club is "home base" but they move around. You get a navigator at the first of the week and follow it as to where to go to get them.
You can also see what activities your child would like to participate in. I was suprised at how many activities were late- after 9pm.
Hope this helps:D

When will your 4 yr old be turning 5??? If it is sometime soon they may allow you to bump him/her to the next age group.

My only complaint about the whole thing is: We have a 5 & 3 yr old sons and I thought ok, no problem if they split them up into different groups. Because I thought they stayed in the club together, just different areas.

NOT SO, alot of the times we had to check my older one into the lab and not the club (be sure to look at navigators closely) So we'd drop off the little one at the club and then the older one at the lab....Well we learned not to do that because the little own thought the older one was going with us and we were just leaving him there.

So we always made sure we dropped them both off at a time they would be in the club together and then if they had to take the older one to the lab later on, the little one didn't mind.

OK, got it!! Can I ask another question...did you have any problems with excursions since your one child was not old enough to go on a lot of them?

YES, There were alot of excursions that we would have liked to go on but couldn't. So we did all excursions on our own. Most of the ones they offer that would include my little one, would have been tours and I don't think he would enjoy those as much.

We were just on the Eastern Criuise, so we did a beach day at St. Martin and Coral World and their connecting beach in St Thomas. The boys really loved Coral World. They thought it was cool to pet a shark, iguagna(sp) and other sea life. Also the beach connecting to it had tons of fish for them to see and swim with.

Any more questions jsut ask :)

Thanks so much! Everyone on this Forum has been so helpful and nice! What a great group of people!! Thanks again!!
