I wasn't impressed with the cleanlness of it either, and thought the boardwalk had some sleazy looking persons on it. I do think Fenwick Island is nice though, and Rehobeth beach in Delware was very clean, I stayed there more then OC, but started going to Jersey beaches when they cleaned up their act (dirty beaches and medical waste were a problem for afew yrs, when they started closing the beaches I knew we needed to find a new vacation spot). I love going to the beach!
