If or when does Disney publish or annouce occupancy rates for their resorts? Is this something that happens at their annual meeting?

Wow - I didn't know they didn't publish those. I thought I read somewhere on these boards that last year it was like 92%. I didn't know if they actually account for those numbers in anyway publicly.

Now that I know they do not publish - I'll just have to really wonder when someone publishes how a percentage of rooms occupied. No big deal to me.

I think the 92% number was gotten when people called querying about the possibility of AP discounts and was quoted that percentage from the CM. How the CMs get those numbers, I don't know if that's official internally for the employees, or the CM guessed it by looking at all the reservations they may have been booking recently.

But no, Disney doesn't release those numbers externally.

One of the main reasons cited for the incomple Pop Century resort was the low occupancy of the part that is already completed.
