Occupancy question..

If I were to get a 1BR at the BCV would they let 5 people in? I know it says 4 but it would be me my DH and DD who is 22 and my twins who are 6 so lets say 3 adults and two kids. I just don't see us getting a 2 BR we wouldn't need that much room and I think it would be a waste

DVC will allow 5 in all 1-bedroom villas except for the Values at AKV.

The online website says for a 1 BR at BCV:

Sleeps 4 – 5th guest can be accomodated, but must provide their own bedding and linens
