Does anybody know if they are going to keep the song. I love that song and hope they keep it.

Love that song too. It's an Epcot classic, called "Canada (You're a Lifetime Journey)." I went to Vancouver last year, and from the moment I checked in for my flight on Air Canada, and every time I saw the Canadian flag, I had that stuck in my head.

I think it's been a part of the show since the beginning more than 3 decades ago. I'd be surprised if they got rid of it in the update, but then again, we haven't heard many details either on what they entail. Are they keeping Martin Short? Are they replacing all of the scenes with new digital 4K footage? Will they add water and scent effects? Lots of guesses!

Well unfortunately that won't be the case.

Sounds like they aren't doing a lot of change to the structure, just new equipment for the new movie.
No definite idea when it reopens, except I've read that it will be open for the Food and Arts Festival in January.
Hard to believe that it would be closed over the Christmas rush.
