i have two obsessions.

#1: wrestling. this one is pretty obvious. *points at siggy, tags, avatar* i am so in love with everything about wrestling. and only god knows how much money i have spent on all the collecting i do. i have the posters, t-shirts, i get the magazine in the mail every month, if there is a website dedicated to it then i'm probably already a member of it, if a new dvd is out then i most likely own it, i can sit on the computer and look up random facts all day long. i blog about wrestling. i just really love every aspect of it. us wrestling fans are kinda like a group of cult members, and it's safe to say i love my cult. =] i get made fun of for it a lot, but i don't care.

#2: major league baseball. i am a die hard cardinals fan, but i can sit back and watch any team play and really enjoy it. i have been raised a baseball fan, so it's kinda just... in my soul or something. there is nothing quite like going to busch stadium and watching my boys play. i really hate winter time when there is no baseball to watch. but the cards are at winter warm up right now, so baseball season isn't to far around the corner.

i have hello kitty eeeveerrrryything! alarm clock, calendar, stuffed animals, body wash, soap dispenser, lighter, flash drive, tattoo (SO CUTE), laundry hamper, jewelry, clothing (t-shirts, sweater, socks, even underwear haha oh gosh), key topper, the mac hello kitty pallet, a mouse pad, and everything that isn't hello kitty definitely has a hello kitty sticker on it somewhere! i am legit obsessed with that little kitten!
my roommates get annoyed because our room is covered in hello kitty, hehehehe.

i want SO BAD the hello kitty toaster! its one of the few hello kitty items i don't have, and it toasts hello kitty's face onto your bread! OMG! how cute is that????

i am in heaven at the sanrio store. HEAVEN.

My first is very obvious. XD

Zachary Quinto is my current super obsession.
I've got a poster of him as Spock and am having one made of him as just him.
I'll watch any video with him in it, interviews, fanvids, anything. I'd die if I ever met him.

Heroes is my other obsession, and it contains ZQ oddly enough. XD
It's my favorite show, I've watched all three seasons like seven times.

I plan to work at wdw in the next couple years in the parks, and hopefully do a higher ranking Disney job there for a career. I'm already trying to collect enough Disney themed items to fill a house haha. Most of my clothes and things in my room are Disney, just everything in my life really.

Maximum Ride: It's a book series by James Patterson and it's going to be a movie! Comes out in 2011 I think. It's about 6 kids who are successful recombinant DNA experiments and they're 2% bird. They have wings!!! Basically I read the books over and over again. If they had any merchandise related to it I would get it, but I'm definitely obsessed with wings and flying now. If you want to read a great book, read Maximum Ride!

My main obsession that will be with me forever is Harry Potter. I started reading the books back when I was in first grade, and got hooked pretty soon after. Caught up with the series in time to go to the release parties for the last two books, the final one including me staying in line at the book store until 1:30 in the morning just to get my hands on a copy. Also am in love with the movies. Go to see each one at least once in theaters...the recent movie I went to at midnight, then the next day, then a few weeks later, then the day after that. Also have a room full of posters, tons of shirts/clothes/etc, have a Harry Potter cell phone cover, want more than anything to have a real wand, and get into insanely heated debates about the series and all involved with it with my friends. Oh and a friend and me have been compiling a list of all the characters we could think of without looking up anything...got to 127 so far. So yes I'm about obsessed as they come.

My other more current obsession (though not as strong as my Potter one) is the musical Rent. I saw a community theatre production of it this summer and was hooked ever since. I listen to the soundtrack and sing all the songs constantly and got both the movie and broadway DVD's for Christmas as well as the ultimate guidebook to the musical. I also got to see the professional touring production twice, with the original cast members Anthony Rapp and Adam Pascal...basically heaven for me! And I waited in a Borders store for hours with my friend to get to meet Anthony (who we both adore), hear him answer questions, then sign the book he wrote and a Rent hat that is now proudly in my room.

So ya you're not alone with the over obsessing thing...I've got that pretty covered as well

You're definitely not the only one who goes overboard, but the obsession usually dies down withtin a few weeks. Well that's usually how long it takes until I'm onto the next big thing in my life.

the musical; THE MILLION DOLLAR QUARTET, i have seen it in the theaters 3 times and then i went down to the city to see them preform on thanksgiving, then ran after them to meet the cast. then i met the whole cast the second time i saw the show, and have become friends with them, to where they gave me a shout out when i saw them on sunday and they came out to see me
and then of course DISNEY!
