Observations today at the parks

I called the Disney reservation number today to ask how long the refurb is going to last for Cafe Orleans because we were scheduled to lunch there for my Husbands Birthday. The castmember on the phone had no idea about any refurb happening and kept going back to ROA refurb. I told her I had seen pictures of the blue tarp up and she got a little short with me and said that I must be mistaken. It suprises and frustrates me a little that the different departments do not talk to each other. I am so thankful to have the DIS as well as the other websites I frequent!
