Kevin has mentioned his Oberon Kindle cover on the podcast a few times. I wanted to relay an interaction we had with their customer service today. It was awesome. My wife inadvertently made a typo on our address when ordering a cover for her new Kindle 3 yesterday. She wrote Oberon today to let them know. We had received an order confirmation yesterday with a note that they would not be shipping until January. Colleen got a very kind note back thanking her for the correction and saying that she had caught them just in time, and they were shipping her cover today, three weeks (I think) before promised.
These are good folks. This is our second Oberon cover.
