OBB issues - anyone with RECENT experience

Hey all - just got off the Wonder and my (and may others on the cruise) OBB didn't process correctly. TA states issues since the system upgrade a couple weeks ago.

Reports are:
1. no email confirmation - but charged the $250
2. Booked 2, but only received confirmation for one
3. TA not assigned
4. No booking done period

Anyone on a RECENT cruise since the system upgrade with the issue. I'm seeing reports that this cannot be rectified for some.
 
We just got off the Dream on Friday. I have no email confirmations and only 1 $250 charge despite requesting to book 4 rooms (we were B2B.) I am fully prepared to never have it fully resolved.
 
Someone reported last week they had been told it would take a week after debarkation for confirmations. I think maybe something about all the placeholders are being manually processed shoreside.

For me, my TA confirmed the placeholder is there, but is not associated with her. Some on the cruise are reporting:
1. booked 2, only got 1
2. No TA assigned
3. OBB not processed at all

I'm in DCL holding pattern now, going on 4 hours. I got to first agent after about 2 1/2, but has to be escalated which is another 2+ hours......

Hey, it isn't Disney if you aren't waiting in a line :)
 

Off the Fantasy a couple of weeks ago and “booked” through the app. Took a screenshot of the note in the app that it was being processed, but no email and no charge. After one week tried calling but couldn’t get through. Sent an email with the screenshot, and got a reply 3 days later that one had been reserved, but I had to call within 6 days with credit card info (which I had provided but was apparently not used). After again not being able to get through by phone (and DCL refusing to talk to my TA), I completed a form my TA could send to DCL to transfer the reservation to her. This took another 2 days, but then she was able to call with my credit card info to confirm the placeholder. So all fine in the end, but a ridiculous amount of work to get it done.
