OBB concierge room?

We have never taken advantage of obb and wondered how it would work if you were booking a concierge room. Thanks for your help.

I believe you will only get the OBC if you book concierge, not the discounted fare or reduced deposit.

Thank you for your note, so if I am understanding this if I book another cruise in concierge I would get the discount rate for booking on board? 10% off? I had no idea you could do that.

If you book on board you get 10% off the fare for a regular room plus a reduced deposit plus an on board credit. If that booking is a concierge room, you only get the on board credit. Remember that concierge deposits are always non refundable.

Thank you! That makes sense. We haven't done it because the onboard credit for dreams unlimited is higher I believe.

DCL OBC & DU OBC can be combined. You will get the $200 from DCL for a 7+ nights or $100 for less than 7 nights in addition to whatever you will get from DU.

Correct. For a non-concierge reservation, you'll still come out ahead to combine the two benefits. The full DU benefit is about 5% whereas the fare discount is 10%. For a concierge reservation, it would depend on how much the fare is which way comes out better.
