No "misery" here... I'm not, as you so kindly put it, "spewing" anything. There are a lot of us that understand the old adage "you can't win them all!"...it is such a shock to see so much misery.
Wow! I don't care if I get points or not but I have to say that I have never seen sooooo many MISERABLE people in my entire life!!! How do some of you get the strength to wake up in the morning??? Good griefI truly feel sorry for some of you and I am not just saying that. I truly do. With all the Disney Dreams and Disney Vacations and Disney Love that comes spewing out of some of you on the other boards it is such a shock to see so much misery.
Actually, now that I think of it, quotes actually aren't a bad idea; the Republicans have been trying to make people believe Obama is saying things he simply isn't. Here are his own words, his actual perspectives, for people to judge for themselves. Unless, of course, you don't trust people to make up their own minds, and figure you need to tell them what to think about Obama. That's a very patrician perspective, the kind I'd expect from the McCain/Palin campaign.

Exactly. THE MSM will start talking about Election 2012. It will never end.

"The men and women who serve in our battlefields may be Democrats and Republicans and independents, but they have fought together, and bled together, and some died together under the same proud flag. They have not served a red America or a blue America; they have served the United States of America."
Barack Obama
Crafted deliberatley to project his perspectives.Actually to be fair, they are the words of Democratic party speechwriters.
Nope, I think the next four years are going to be pretty entertaining for those of us on the Conservative side of things. It'll be entertaining to try and watch Obama sell the "details" once in office and the vagueness of the campaign trail will no longer do. It'll be interesting to watch many of his ideas have to be modified to fit certain realities and end up not being much "change" after all. It'll be interesting to see what happens when Nan and Harry decide they don't want to sing off the same sheet of music as Obama.
"Crafted", indeed...Crafted deliberatley to project his perspectives.

He also pledged to use public funds to finance his campaign, but didn't. He made some very left wing pledges to win the primary and has been attempting to disguise himself as a "centrist" ever since to win the general election. .
The funny thing about McCain is that if he did win the election he will move so fast back to the middle (where he normally is) that the Republican base will be horrified.
