No. I have a "dumb" phone. The upside is the battery stays charged for weeks.

Sadly, I have two. One personal (no land line), one issued by my employer that is hooked in with our Exchange Server "securely". They are identical Curves and both on AT&T. Nothing can go wrong there, huh?

Being old, I still am not clear what a 'blackberry' is. I do have a cell phone. I assume the blackberry does more than make phone calls?

Nope, just a regular phone. My school is supposed to give us some sort of PDA in April because we will need them the next 2 years, but apparently there is some talk going around that instead of supplying us with the PDA, they are going to require that we have a smartphone. The price of the PDA is already included in our tuition, so I better be getting something. And if they want me to have a smartphone, they better be paying for the data plan.

Yes, I do, and I admit that it's really nice to always have e-mail access.

I mainly use the Blackberry for phone calls, checking my calendar (which syncs up to my work calendar), and e-mails. Occasionally I'll check the web for something, and I use the calculator a fair bit too. Mine doesn't have GPS on it (which would be a nice feature!). Blackberries also have a "Blackberry Messenger" application which is sort of like MSN Messenger, an instant messaging program. It's great for the office.

Nope. Was going to get one this last time our cell phone contract came up for renewal, BUT they wanted 30 bucks more a month for the internet access and I just couldn't see spending that kind of money for something I probably wouldn't use much....

I have 2 Blackberries atm. A Sprint 8830 Worldphone, and an unlocked Bold that I was supposed to give as a christmas present until I realized the person who was supposed to get it already had one.. lol.

Nope, I'm an iPhone girl! I used to have a Blackberry (or Crackberry, as they call it) but I didn't really care for it.

Hmmm. I use Windows Mail as well as Yahoo. Does a blackberry work with them?

How do you get books onto them?

I had to carry a crackberry for work for 6 months, and I hated it. So no, I don't have one now and don't plan to in the future.
