Looks like others have beat me to posting the Quaker oatmeal raisin cookie recipe.
Sometimes, I use Craisins instead of regular raisins.
Once I refrigerated the oatmeal Craisin dough, formed it into little balls and rolled it in chopped pecans. Then I melted some white chocolate chips and drizzled that over the cookies after it's baked. Finished it off with a sprinkling of toasted coconut shreds. The whole platter sold for $85 at the cookie auction for the pediatric brain tumor foundation after I gave out some samples.
