Cooking Oatmeal Cake?

My grandma used to make a soft, yummy oatmeal cake that I have tried to recreate. It's different than most because when it was done, you poured a can of either evaporated milk or sweetened condensed milk over it - but she did not broil it.

I have searched for a long time trying to find it, but the closest I can get is one that is broiled, normally with coconut.

Does anyone have this recipe?
