Oasis pool cabana question

We have a full day cabana reserved in October at the oasis pool at the Poly. I was already advised that we need to check in 15 min before our reserved time (10a - 7p). Once we check in, will someone have to stay at the cabana all day or can we take a break in our room for a bit and come back down?

Supposedly there's a reserved sign placed in the cabana - whether someone uses it when not in use or when your not there I'm not sure. Following as we rented it for our Sept trip too!

No you do not need to physically be at the cabana the entire day. It's reserved for you as you booked it. We did 1/2 day in May and LOVED it!

Come and go as you please. You don't even really need to be there at your reservation time. Granted it wasn't Oasis but we were two hours late for our GF cabana rental in April - no worries whatsoever.

We are always late checking in and it doesn't matter. You can leave and come back as much as you'd like.

Thank you for all your replys! The girl I booked the cabana with didn't really know much about them and could only tell me we had to check in 15 min prior to our reserved time. We usually don't head to the pool till around 11-1130 so I was hoping I could go down and check in and head back up to the room or catch a late breakfast before heading down for the day.

We were at the Poly last week, at least half the time one or both cabanas were still available to rent. A sign with the family's name will be on the reserved cabana, you can come and go as you please. Have fun!
