O2B@BCV

Oh, to be at BCV!
The building green seafoam.
To have them valet park for me
And hear that, "Welcome Home!"

The warm salute I get from Art
His smile that lights the way.
My room is ready! Time to start
To have a Magical Day!

A one bedroom - no, make it two!
It's my dream, afterall.
The room is lovely - looks brand new!
We're gonna have a ball!

I walk out on the balconey
to have a look around.
There's Epcot right in front of me!
My favorite stomping ground.

The International Gateway's near,
So time to head on down.
First stop,"One pint of Guiness Beer!"
We're at The Rose n' Crown.

Oh no! The phone! I'm out of time.
My fantasy must wait.
But if you'd add YOUR verse to mine
That really would be great!

I'll come back soon and hope to see
you've helped my nice dream grow.
And if I have a verse or three,
I'll surely let you know!

With sand between my toes
Floating around the river bend
with chlorine in my nose.

Some like to vacation at the beach,
Still others prefer the city.
But with my DVC, I have both within reach,
And look at the others with pity.

What's that out my back door?
Why, it's the International Gateway!
And through it lie London, Paris, Munich and more,
So many countries for me to explore.

And if I leave my resort from the other side,
Hollywood's bright lights start beckoning me.
I hop to the dock and take a short boat ride,
Wondering what MGM has to see...

Tower of Terror, the Back Lot, Rock 'n Roll Roller Coaster,
Beauty and the Beast, Little Mermaid, an Ariel Poster...
Indiana Jones, Sounds Dangerous, the Great Movie Ride,
So many exciting things to do, how does one decide?

You'd like to take a swim you say?
Then follow me to Storm-Along-Bay!
We'll brave our way 'round the lazy river,
And on to Cape May for the Clam Bake Dinner.

After dinner, I return to my 2-bedroom castle,
It's time for Illuminations at Epcot, you know.
For me and my crew they'll be no hassle,
Of dealing with the crowds at the fireworks show.

As we sit on our balcony sipping on wine,
I realize that the reality of ownership is divine.
For the time we spend with family is dear,
And DVC allows us to keep them all near.

For as time goes by and the children grow,
And this vacation is in the distant past,
Wherever we are my family will know,
That this Disney Vacation will not be our last.

We just came back from BCV
Where the Southern Magnolias are blooming!


Now that part of my masterpiece came so easy, but alas, I've hit a mental block, but still want to join in on this ODE to BCV!

It's only been three months ago,
We swam in Stormalong Bay.
So why is it I miss it so?
Next trip's nine months away!

I miss the BCV, no doubt.
But ponder with a grin,
The new AP rates just came out,
Can I squeeze another trip in?
