O/T why wont my ticker show the picture?

i want a ticker like all you lovely friendly disboarders have, but its only showing the link and not the picture. Help me please?

did you have a choice of which format ticker to use? mine starts with url

go to user CP (its at the top of this page near the left) then edit your signature.
