O/T Frozen

I just took DD to see the film Turbo at the cinema but she was more excited by the trailer for Frozen! It looks really, really good!

I was a bit skeptical about the characters from this film appearing at DLP before the film had actually been released, but I think we will start to hear a lot more about this film in the next few weeks/months!

I guess you already know that Disneyland Paris plans a brand new nighttime show for this years Christmas season, featuring the two stars of Frozen as hosts? It is called 'Disney Dreams of Christmas' and it will be amazing (I've seen testruns at night while staying at the Disneyland hotel a few days ago).

This is the description from Disneyland Paris website:

"Brand new for this Christmas. A sparkling Sleeping Beauty Castle transforms into a shimmering winter scene. Olaf the Snowman from Frozen leads us into a magical show featuring classic Disney Characters and stunning effects, including a fun Toy Story take on the tale of The Nutcracker."

I simply can't wait for it, it looks beautiful!

We've seen the short for Frozen too, and a teaser trailer a few months back with the snowman, it looks good. Also looks like the heroine might be more like Merida of Brave than the other princesses, getting stuck into things herself. My five year old DD thinks thats cool

It does sound fab! They are also revamping one of the parade floats to include characters from Frozen for the Xmas season.

As a matter of fact Disney has released a brand new TV Spot for Frozen just today, hours ago. Search YouTube for "frozen halloween tv spot" and its the first result.

I know, it will be more for experience plus my little boy is fine with watching in any language... the other day was watching little einsteins in Italian on youtube and enjoy it a lot...

It's amazing how children just don't pick up on the language barrier isn't it! DD regularly watches Disney Jr in French when we are at DLP and she still understands it all!

Must say myself and DD are super excited about Frozen! Love these new breed of strong princesses!
And we found the same last week at a french showing of Disney Junior Live - it didn't bother the kids at all, they just sung the songs in English. But myself and Donald Ducks Wife had a good chuckle at Goofys voice - it wasnt anything like what we have! He had a strong, mans voice. Oh Gawrsh!
