You don't have to have a webpage to get them in a listing....or in an email or anything..unless you just want your own webpage. Now that I know you have a digital camera I can try to explain it to you. Let me know if I lose you or if you need further explanation.
When you up load your pictures from your camera save them to a desktop folder. I have one on my desktop just called ebay. I usually try to save them with a description in the name so I know what it is ...ie blackboots.jpg etc. You can always just left click and hold then drag them to the folder and let go if you are sending them from a editing program/upload program. Resizing your window smaller helps with the click/drag method.
When you do your listing on ebay there is the tab for add picture... click on there. There will be s window that will open. Go to the drop down on the top, click on the arrow to the right, click on desktop...it will then bring up all files from the desk top. Click on your ebay folder and then click open. You will then have all the pictures from your file. Click on the photo you want and click open again. Repeat on the next "add picture" on ebay for each additional picture you want to put on that listing. The picture will show where the "add picture" use to be.
Then continue as usual. There is no reason to pay for a webservice. It is actually a waste of money unless you want to edit your photo and do not have your own software or like I said above you just want a webpage.
