O/T 12 week scan

Morning everyone. Well this is completely un-Disney related but just wanted to share that we had our 12 week scan on Friday and it all went really well! Little Junior was just stretching it's little legs out and generally looking realy cosy in there!

Awww. Really lovely scan picture. Wonderful. I'm so excited for you. I just love babies (have a DD & DS myself, only 2 so far, but you never know). - that will be my DH's expression if he reads this.

Awww thank you! Yes this is my first baby and we are incredibly excited! He or she will definitly be a Disney fan if we have anything to do with it hehe!

Becky it was completely amazing! Before that first scan it doesnt quite seem real - despite the ever increasing belly and ever decreasing waist hehe! Was wonderful to see he or she fidgeting about!

Oh Kirsty, thanks for sharing. I can't get over how clear your scan piccy is. My eldest DD is now 13 1/2 and her scan piccy is so blurred you can't tell one end from the other! Mind you, I still treasure it!

I'm so glad everything is okay for you Kirsty . I have to say I was a bit concerned when you posted so early about your pregnancy. I lost a baby before having Jessica and was wary of telling everyone next time round until after all the scans were over and done with. But i've been watching your countdown move along nicely.

IT's just the best thing being able to see your baby move about on the screen and know that magic is happening inside you and that together you created it. Even as magical as Disney

It was even more special for me with Jessica as I only found out about my last miscarriage at my scan.

Good luck with the next 28 weeks and allow everyone to pamper you !!

Hehe thanks everyone, DF and I are over the moon! Angela, I completely understand what you mean. We were just far too excited to keep it too ourselves - we had onyl been trying for 2 months so Steve thinks he is super fertile and wanted to tell the world hehe! Am very pleased the first scan is out of the way though. Am already huge at only 12 weeks!!

Well Kirsty you are only going to get bigger . But it's a nice kind of bigger. The trouble is when you are still big three years later .It stops being a baby bely and becomes a necessity to go to the gym .

LOL Angela! I agree, I am only really short so any extra weight makes me look like a weeble anyway. I agree it is a good kind of big at the mo - just ask me how I feel about it next summer hehe!
