OMG! This is the best Disney article ever written! Every word of this is absolutely perfect! It sounds like every trip we have ever taken with friends!

I thought he was writing about me and my wife! My wife is totally the "Shell" character. I am blown away!

Yes, I am a true optimist, but I'm certainly not the most positive person I've ever met. I'm not sure if it's just me but frankly, his pessimism is offensive. Not his weed habits or underappreciation for Disney...simply the pessimism in his life. He probabley really needs that weed to deal with himself. What a shame...

Here is why it is funny. The mans why most certainly belongs to at least one disney planning website. You don't get that commando without joining. His child has a nickname that is definitely recognizable to family members ( like his wife). Ago sheis bouncing along the web one day and reads it. Instantly recognizing her family in the article (if not her husband name) He might have thought he could get away with it because his wife doesn't read the nytimes. Wouldn't you love to be a fly on the wall in that home.

im reading it and im at page 3

to be honest, many, many years ago i used to smoke weed, more weed in fact than i can remember and im not ashamed of that

but i find it a disgrace and im horrified that junkies would be so inconsiderate as to smoke weed within the grounds of the disney parks surrounded by thousands of children and teens

i have nothing against those whom smoke weed

but

there is a time and place for it

and its not disneyworld

and in my opinion the article is dull and uninteresting
he doesnt really go on about smoking weed that much

Umm I really do not get the whole gist of this article. He want on other subjects all the time. Weed, Disney, his father, Disney's backstory. I hope his wife finds out about the weed smoking, you want to smoke thats fine just dont do it around my child!

I think he is just being a typical dad who does not want to be there on the trip and he is finding ways to deal with it. The article was extremely long and did bounce all over the place and I expected to hear more about the weed but it was barely mentioned. Everyone deals with things their own way...if weed is his then so be it. Who are we to judge? I would suggest just smoking it at your resort before and after you are at the parks so that you don't risk being caught or offending someone else.
