nys tax refund

We are still waiting for our state tax refund. Anyone else? The federal came in over a month ago. We are planning on using it for expenses on vacation so we don't need it right now but it is frustrating just waiting! I was just curious if anyone else is having the same issue.

Gov Patterson froze all NTS state refunds effective March 15th (I think) They will be released starting on April 1st in the order they were received by NYS. I know I am waiting for mine!!!

I wish those morons in Albany would get their act together and simply do their job!!! Rant off

i too live in ny state. from what a co-worker told me, Patterson has stalled issuing our state refunds due to state budget issues. Apparently she read this in our local paper. her refund is late just like yours, and i expect the same to happen to my refund as well.
