NYE Western Cruise 2008 - New Thread

We get very few kids in my neighborhood...

John and I will hang out for a while and hand out candy to the half dozen or so that show up. Our friend's band is playing at the Moose so we'll probably pop our heads in there for an hour. I was gonna go to the Phillies parade today but decided I don't feel like fighting 2,000,000 people for a view of the team~

The football game is tomorrow night - I really feel bad for the fall play - they cancelled the Saturday night performance for the game - they did schedule an afternoon performance but didn't add a Sunday performance

I have not started packing yet! lol.. I have to get summer maternity clothes, at least I think.. not sure if I will need them by then.

I want to get to the terminatl at 10:30.. that would be ideal. Staying at the Hyatt the night before, so am going to try and be on the first bus to the port!!!

Tonight we are handing out candy. I hope we get a lot of kids. In the past we dont get too many. We picked up special treats for my 1 1/2 yr old nephew.. those graduate snacks.

We get TONS of kids trick or treating, I mean easily 100. I have to get more candy, because Mel has been eating all the chocolate out of the Halloween bowl!

My Brian has eaten ALL the chocolate candy I purchased for the ToTs tonight. Grrrr. I made him go out and buy new candy yesterday, then I kept my eye on it all night!! It was there this am. Better be there when the kids come ToTing tonight!!

OMG!!!! He is the cutest puppy. I keeping thinking that I'll not have another dog since the last few years with our dogs have been so hard, but I know myself too well, I will have another when our current one goes. I also think I want a little one this time. I'm over the big dog phase in my life. I showed Paul the pics and he said "what a cute puppy" he is so against another dog, so I'm totally suprised he said Brian was cute.

I agree, bring him on the ship, we can stow him away

football season is offically over here - they played better than anyone expected but lost 27 - 26 - Kara admitted that she was crying when she marched off the field after 1/2 time last night - and she said her bus was pretty quiet coming home
