I'm sure it will be and the closings will start even earlier.
NYE is basically the busiest day of the year.

Obviously no one can answer this question.
Folks can guess.
Odds are yes, they'll hit Phase B again, but that only impacts those who are buying 1 day tickets at the gate or have CM gate tickets. Not likely to be many members here.
There is a post I made in the above thread that reviews phases, who is allowed in, and when a park last reached that level (at the time the blog post was written)
I think it's post 4 or 5
