NYE and PS = guaranteed park entrance ?

We arive in Orlando and will be checked in by around 7pm NYE. We are hoping to go EPCOT. Will having a PS for a WS restaurat guarantee or improve chances of park entry ? Or will we arrive too late to get into the parks.?
I would appreciate any experiences.

I thought as much. Do I have a chance of getting in a park preferrably EPCOT after 7pm NYE or will they be full to capacity do you think ? anyone ? I am trying to plan where to stay. If its unlikely that we will get into a park I am going to book a room at hte Poly or Beach Club so we get to watch the fireworks from the resort.
