NYE and MK Closure

Wondering if anyone knows when MK closed 12/31/09, 2010, 2011...

Since we will be at BLT the night of 12/30 = TOWL??
12/31-1/2 VWL so enter MK by 11:00am??

There are various phases of theme park closure. The MK will close and re-open at the various phases through out the day.
