Since the topics for anything podcast usually evolve into food I thought/hoped this would be ok to post here. It's sort of a review so I will stick to that story!
I did post it on the Community Board so if you feel it doesn't belong here you can just delete it.

I was lucky enough to get tickets to a cooking demonstration by Tyler Florence. If you've been watching the Food Network you may have seen the commercials for the NYC Wine and Food Festival. It was so great, and Tyler Florence is even more friendly and personable in person! He made Chateaubriand with burnaise sauce, brussel sprout and fingerling potato hash and a yummy looking carrot cake with cream cheese icing. OMG, it smelled great! He auctioned off 4 seats on stage to eat his food to benefit the Food Bank for New York City which was pretty cool. The bidding went from $1000
to $250.
We learned a lot about his life and he shared some cooking info. I can't remember all the cooking info and to a seasoned cook what I found interesting may seem obvious.
I took some pictures and I got his autograph, thanks to my persistent mother!
This last one was in the subway, I felt like a tourist but I've never seen this before!
The pictures I took of the actual cooking were way too dark.
