NYC on points

Has anyone used DVC for stays in New York City? We are looking to consider using our points to book 3 nights pre cruise next August but not sure where to look re points.

There are 2 RCI resorts in NYC where you can use points for nightly stays. They are the Hilton Club and the Manhattan Club. There is also the Lowes Regency through the Concierge Collection.

We tried to get a few nights on points for early Dec 2010 and there was never any availability. We instead found a really nice hotel in the theater district for a really good cash rate.

We ran into the same situation last April. We wanted to stay at Loews but there was no availability do we found our own hotel without any problem. Maybe one day we'll make it to Loewes.
