Hi All,
I booked our second cruise — out of NYC, in November — while we were on our first Disney cruise at the end of last summer. It was right near "opening day," so I think our rate was good.
Today, I am debating switching our current stateroom (a nice Category 6A room on deck 5, but with a white-wall verandah) for a GTY with category 5a on Deck 7.
The price difference is $180 dollars.
I am kind of thinking that it might be a good bet, and that there's a chance we could possibly end up with a category 4 "family" room -- because the next category up from a 5a are the cat. 4, family-size verandahs, right? And if not, we end up with a perfectly nice 5a on deck 7. (The offer did specify deck 7.) Or are there some "lemons" among the 5as, that we should be worried about ending up with?
Any feedback? We've never been on Magic before.
Thanks, everyone!
